HAPPY TACO- Tomato & Carrot Taco Sauce

So many of our sauces are complex flavors playing together in a symphony. Not this sauce. Sometimes all you need is a simple, downhome blues song - tomato, carrot, vinegar with chile de arbol and all the usual taco sauce flavors constructed with one purpose in mind...to make a happy taco!
