I wanted to share my amazing service I received from Courtney at Ace Hardware on Argonne Rd! I called to check if they had 6 more bag of mulch that I needed for the rest of my flower beds. She stated that she would put them on hold for later. With 5 minutes she called me back stating she only had 3 bags. I asked if they can get the other three from another store. She stated that she would talk to her manager. They may be able to get them the next day. Courtney called me back later that afternoon and to my surprise she stated that all 6 bags were at the store and I could pick them up the same day!!! NOW that is Amazing customer service! Thank you so much Courtney for going above and beyond!! Ace is the place for sure!!

Tommies was an efficient, friendly, knowledgeable person, he genuinely wants to help with your concerns, an excellent person to have on your team. he help fixed my problem with my car key/fob, and also help find a product that would help in the future. Other employees there were very friendly also. when I entered the store i got directed to the location I needed. Thank you for the help.

I received a call from a friend who is also a co worker at the city. We work for traffic and often go to General store on our lunch. First you guys do a amazing job with security being that there is a homeless issue and theft of property from businesses in the area. Keep up the good work we at the city support you guys. Please press charges on the scumbag who shoplifted from you guys and is leaving bad reviews. I know the guy in the pic he is a class act and true gentlemen!

Jason helped me pick out a saw and drill today for my first garden project and he was so helpful and kind! He walked me through the basics and gave me incredibly helpful, genuine and professional advice to set me up for success and made the whole experience so easy and exciting! This is exactly what going into a neighborhood hardware store should be like and I’m so grateful to have this gem in Spokane!

Vincent is the best employee I can imagine! I came in with some issues on my bike rack, needing two bolts to get everything squared away. Vincent made probably 7 trips out to my car with me, trying different solutions each time. We found the best fit, but throughout, he made sure I was taken care of, despite a relatively small purchase. He’s earned my business coming back for a long time, thanks Vincent!

Amazing store! Really does have EVERYTHING! And the cashiers there are absolutely wonderful! Destiny was such great help and was super kind and had such a big smile! Definitely will be recommending this store to all my traveler friends!

Jenauh and the Ace Hardware/general store staff are always amazing, but she was incredibly helpful and supportive in clarifying what type of air filter and oil I would need to be able to make my old style gas push mower function without breaking down. Tea is always been an exceptional member of their team and excels at direct, respectful, communication, information sharing, and empathy.

I did not realize the amount of different items they have. Shoes, clothes, camping gear, and snacks are just a few items I purchased, but there is so much more. And everyone there was so nice and knowledgeable about the products.

I went back in the store after a couple of months and WOW! They have really made some changes to the toy department. Lots of Legos to choose from and a great new layout. Ran into my favorite associate, Elaine, and she showed me around. Was able to purchase a fun gift for my nephew.

Went in the General Store here in Spokane Wa on Divison St. to see what you might have that we need. Lol, and Jenauh waited on us and she's really friendly and polite. We enjoyed shopping the other day

The two women that I spoke to tonight were absolutely amazing! First, is Kirstee, who I believe, was answering my call from customer service; second, was Hailey, who was the manager on shift when I called about how impressed I was with Kirstee. They both went above & beyond for my idiotic questions & had excellent customer service as well as tact, respect, humor & drive. They make me miss how people used to be treated as a customer. Thank you ladies, so much for all of your help and dedication to your work. I truly appreciate you both.
